Accordingly, it has been quite important to us to have a very experienced property manager to look after our residential property, particularly when we are not there. We have been extremely satisfied with how Madden Estate Management has looked after the property since we first retained the firm in March 2023, undertaking a weekly on-site inspection of the property and reporting when and if they find any issues that need to be dealt with/addressed. For example, they found a leak from the roof causing some water damage in our master bedroom when we were not there back in early 2025 and Madden assisted in finding the right firm to evaluate the leak and fix it. Madden Estate Management has also introduced us to a number of service providers for maintenance and other purposes and we have been very satisfied with their recommendations.”
