Ron Madden founded Madden Estate Management in 2014 after seeing how many homeowners needed a more hands-on, detail-focused approach to caring for their properties. With extensive experience in property management, construction, development, and business operations, he built the company on accuracy, follow-through, and discretion. His practical background, strong relationships with local trades, and commitment to thoughtful client service have earned him long-standing trust within the community.

Tommy Dayton brings more than five years of experience in estate management, with a background rooted in the luxury property market of East Hampton, New York. Growing up in a family-owned construction and estate management company, Tommy developed a strong understanding of property operations and the level of service required for high-end homes.

His experience in managing large, complex estates on the East Coast has equipped him with a precise, service-focused approach that aligns seamlessly with Madden Estate Management’s standards.
